Chief Human Resources and Shared Services Officer at Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company ( du ) since November 2021, United Arab Emirates.

He held several leadership positions in the field of human resources, including: Chief Human Resources and Organizational Development Officer at Etihad Aviation Group between 2018 and 2021, Deputy Chief Human Resources and Organizational Development Officer at du between 2013 and 2018, and Director of Human Resources for the Middle East region in the Automotive Division of Al- Futtaim Group between 2012 and 2013.

He worked at Dubai Aluminium (DUBAL) and Emirates Aluminium (EMAL) before they merged under the name Emirates Global Aluminium , where he held the position of Executive Vice President of Human Resources, Organizational Efficiency and Corporate Services at DUBAL, and Executive General Manager of Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness at EMAL.

He has over 20 years of experience in the areas of workforce motivation, institutional capacity building, corporate structuring and localization.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management in 1995 from the Herbert School of Business at the University of Miami in the United States of America.
