Ibrahim Ahmed Fikry

Executive Director of the Support Services Sector at the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources with the rank of Assistant Undersecretary since October 2019, United Arab Emirates. He is a member of the Objections Review Committee at the Federal Government Level, the Technical Committee for Civil Service Affairs and Human Resources for the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries, and the Human Development Committee at the Saudi-Emirati Coordination Council . He held the position of Acting Executive Director of the Support Services Sector at the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources , Director of Projects and Programs Management at the same authority, and Senior Manager of Human Resources and HR Business Partner at Emirates Islamic Bank between 2011 and 2013. He also held several positions at Emirates NBD , including: Emiratisation Manager between 2010 and 2011, Recruitment Manager between 2008 and 2010, and Human Resources Officer between 2006 and 2008. He holds an Executive Master's in Business Administration from the American University of Sharjah , and a Bachelor's in Public Administration and Human Resources Management from the same university.
