Hisham Abdullah Al-Qasim

CEO and Vice Chairman of Wasl Asset Management Group , United Arab Emirates.

He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Emirates Islamic Bank ” since 2011, “Emirates NBD Capital Saudi Arabia”, “ Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies ”, “Dubai Sports Foundation”, “Emirates NBD Bank Egypt”, and a member. Managing Director and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Emirates NBD Bank , and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of B Real Estate Corporation since 2007, and the Dubai Unification Centre.

He serves as a member of the boards of directors of many institutions and companies, including: “ Dubai International Financial Center Authority ”, “ Shabab Al Ahli Dubai Club ” since August 7, 2023, “ Federal Authority for Government Human Resources ” since 2014, and “ Emirates Telecommunications Corporation ”. Since 2015, the International Humanitarian City since 2011, Pak Telecom Mobile Limited, in addition to the Pakistan Telecommunications Company Limited.

He served as a member of the Board of Directors of the “National General Insurance Company” between 2013 and 2021, and “ Amlak Finance ” between 2007 and 2021. He also held the position of CEO at “ B Real Estate Corporation ” and General Manager at “National Bank of Dubai” between 1995 and 2007.

He holds a Master’s degree in International Business Administration in 2005 from the University of Wollongong Dubai, and a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance in 1995 from the Higher Colleges of Technology in the Emirates.
