Hind Al-Hamed

Head of Institutional Quality at the "Office of Institutional Development and Excellence" at the " Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge " since 2017, United Arab Emirates. She is the project manager of the "Innovate with the Department" program. She worked on managing the process of re-engineering operations at the " Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge ", in addition to publishing and applying institutional excellence standards and managing internal and external excellence awards. She had many initiatives in the department such as: "Awnak Initiative" to encourage employees to participate in volunteer work, and "Excellence Factory Initiative" to motivate, develop and support employees to participate in the "Abu Dhabi Award for Excellence in Government Performance". She worked at the "General Command of Abu Dhabi Police" between 2004 and 2009, including: Administration Officer, Member of the Total Quality Management Committee specialized in developing departments, Founder of the "Innovation" program, which specializes in employee suggestions, and Contributor to preparing police departments to obtain the "ISO 9001 Certificate". She held many positions at the " Abu Dhabi City Municipality ", including: Director of the Employee Suggestions Program, Lead Quality Analyst, and Participant in the Procedures Re-engineering Project in all municipal departments. She was the project manager of the employee suggestions program and a member of the suggestions evaluation committee at the Abu Dhabi Education Council. She also worked in the Quality and Excellence Department at the Council. She obtained many accredited certificates such as: "Certified Manager Certificate", "Quality Management Systems Audit Leader Certificate", "Excellence Systems Certified Assessor Certificate", "Innovation Certified Assessor Certificate", and "Professional Certificate in Administrative Operations Management and Procedure Design". She was honored by Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Minister of Interior, for her contribution to the "Abu Dhabi Award for Excellence in Government Performance", and she also received the "Ideal Employee Certificate" for her outstanding work in developing the internal police forum. She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Project Management, in 2017 from Abu Dhabi University , a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Systems Development in 2015 from Abu Dhabi Women's College, a Diploma in Business Administration in 2012 from the same college, and a Diploma in Computer and Information Sciences in 2004 from Al Ain Women's College.
