She held several positions in the same group, including Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition between 2019 and 2023, Acting Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition between 2016 and 2019, Director of Resources and Missions between 2016 and 2019, and Vice President of Human Resources at Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company (ADMA-OPCO) between 2015 and 2016.

She held several positions at ADNOC Offshore , including Employee Relations Manager between 2013 and 2015, Employee Relations Team Leader between 2010 and 2013, Employee Relations Department Leader between 2009 and 2010, and Employee Relations Specialist between 2003 and 2009.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration in 2010 from Zayed University , a Diploma in French Language in 2021 from Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi , and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2004 from Higher Colleges of Technology.
