Hamoud Hamid Al Mansouri

Candidate for the 2019 Federal National Council elections for the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. He served as Director General of the Western Region Municipality, Superintendent of Social Services Department at Abu Dhabi National Oil Company “ADNOC” between 1999 and 2006, Supervisor of Personnel Affairs at Abu Dhabi Gas Industries Limited “GASCO” between 1997 and 1999, and Customs Officer at “Abu Dhabi Customs” between 1999 and 2006. 1992 and 1997, and a trainee ship guide at “Mina Zayed” between 1988 and 1992. He held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “Al Dhafra Cooperative Society,” Vice Chairman of the Supreme Organizing Committee of the “Al Dhafra Camel Mazayna Festival,” a member of the Council of the “General Secretariat of Municipalities,” and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “Al Dhafra Sports and Cultural Club” and the “Farmers’ Services Center.” And the “Private Home Loans Authority for Citizens.” He was a member of many government committees, including: the Supreme Coordination Committee in the Department of Municipal Affairs, the Committee for Organizing and Planning Areas Suitable for Estates, the Committee to Study the Issue of International Clusters in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, the Supreme Committee for the Abu Dhabi Building Code, and the Committee for Allocating and Disposing of Lands and Public Housing for Citizens. The Committee for the Development and Implementation of the Water and Agricultural Strategy in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, the Committee for Licensing of Economic and Social Activities, and the Land Committee in the Western Region. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Systems Management in 1997 from Colorado Technical University in the United States.
