Hamdan Muslim Al Mazrouei

Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Red Crescent Authority since March 2016, United Arab Emirates.

He has been Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Mohammed V University since March 2020, Advisor to the Crown Prince's Court since 2014, and Member of the Board of Trustees of Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation since 2015. He has also been a member of the Abu Dhabi Autism Center since 2015, the Al Ain Center for the Care and Rehabilitation of the Disabled since 2015, and the Islamic Research Complex in Egypt since 2014.

He held the position of Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the " Mohamed bin Zayed University for Humanities " between November 16, 2020 and February 14, 2023. He also chaired the " General Authority for Islamic Affairs and Endowments " between 2006 and 2014, and served as a member of the Board of Trustees of "Al Hosn University" during 2014, Assistant Undersecretary for Islamic Affairs at the "Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments" during 2004, and Deputy Secretary-General for Local Affairs at the Red Crescent during 2004.

He was a teaching assistant at Abu Dhabi University in 1994, United Arab Emirates University in 1992, and a senior administrator at the Sharia Judiciary Department in 1990.

He holds a PhD in Da’wah and Ihtisab in 2000 from Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University , a Master’s degree in Education in Islam in 1995 from Yarmouk University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Studies in 1992 from the United Arab Emirates University .
