Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Nama Holding Company ”, formerly known as “Abu Dhabi University Holding Company” since 2018, United Arab Emirates.
He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Kuwait Food Company “Americana” since 2017, “ Marka Holding Company ” since 2014, “ Dubai Islamic Bank ” since 2010, and “Amanat Holding Company” “Amanat” .
He has experience in many vital sectors, including financial services and investments.
He served as Chairman of Amanat Holdings PJSC (Amanat) between November 2017 and December 2023, Chairman and Managing Director of Chimera Investments, and Chairman of International Holdings Company between 2005 and 2019. He also held several positions at the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange , including Chairman of the Board of Directors between 2014 and 2018, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors between 2011 and 2014, Board Member between 2005 and 2011, and Managing Director between 2004 and 2005.
He was a member of the board of directors of several companies, including: “ Etihad Aviation Group ” between 2015 and 2021, “Al Hilal Bank” between 2016 and 2017, “Abu Dhabi National Hotels Company” between 2006 and 2016, “Dar Al Tamweel Company” between 2004 and 2015, “Qtel Group” in Qatar between 1999 and 2014 representing “International Capital Trading Company”, “National Investor Company” between 2009 and 2012, “Abu Dhabi Airports Company” between 2006 and 2009, and “Global Medical Services Company” between 1999 and 2006. He also held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Al Qudra Holding Company” between 2008 and 2011.
He served as Head of Global Investments at the Private Department of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan between 1998 and 2005, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of CAPM, and Financial Analyst at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority between 1995 and 2001.
