He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Pure Health Holding Company ”, “ Emsteel Building Materials Company ” since November 11, 2021, and “ Emirates Water and Electricity Company ”, and a member of the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi National Energy Company “TAQA” since March 18, 2021, “ Taziz Company ”, and a member of the Supervisory Board of “ TAQA Morocco Company ”.

He was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Amsteel Building Materials Company on November 4, 2021.

He has over 15 years of experience in the water and energy sector, having served as CEO of the Energy, Utilities and Sustainable Manufacturing sector at ADQ , Head of New Investments in the Utilities sector at Mubadala Investment Company, and was seconded to work at the Carlyle Group in the United States.

He holds a Higher Diploma in Business and Management from the Higher Colleges of Technology in the UAE.
