He was a member of the Board of Directors of the “ Abdullah Al-Othaim Markets Company ” between October 3, 2021 and December 31, 2022, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “Abdullah Al-Othaim Markets Company Egypt” between 2021 and 2022.

He assumed the position of Acting CEO of “ Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company ” between December 17, 2021 and October 16, 2022. He served as Deputy Governor for Development of Regions and Sectors in the “ General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises ” between 2017 and 2019, and held several positions in “ Panda Retail Company ,” namely: Member of the Board of Directors and CEO between 2010 and 2016, Vice President for Change and Trade Management during 2010, and Chief Financial Officer. Between 2007 and 2009, and financial director between 2004 and 2006.

He was a member of the Board of Directors of “ Herfy Food Services Company ” between 2014 and 2016, and held the position of General Manager of Finance, Information Systems and Supply Management at “Al Nashar Trading Company” between 2003 and 2004. He also held the position of Financial Director for Home Care Products in the Arabian Gulf at “Unilever Company.” Arabic” between 1997 and 2003, and Director of Treasury Operations and Acting General Finance Director at the “ Saudi Cable Company ” between 1993 and 1997.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting in 1992 from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals , and a degree in business administration from the University of Oregon in the United States of America.
