She has more than 16 years of experience in investment banking, institutional finance, and financial advisory services across the MENA region. Ghada is responsible for monitoring existing companies within the Crescent Enterprises portfolio, which operate in several sectors, including ports and logistics services, business aviation, technology, and private equity, in addition to evaluating, structuring, implementing, and post-acquisition management of new investments.

Ghada represents Crescent Enterprises on the Blue Dot Network's Economic Cooperation and Development Advisory Group, which brings together governments, the private sector and civil society to adopt common standards for global infrastructure development. She is also a member of the World Economic Forum's ESG Community of Practice, which focuses on implementing stakeholder capital standards, sharing best practices, and identifying operational challenges.

She is a member of the Investment and Finance Committee at Gulftainer Company , a member of the Executive Committee at Momentum Logistics, a board member of Transcorp International, and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society in the UAE.

Prior to joining Crescent Enterprises, Ghada worked in the investment banking department at Al Mal Capital in the UAE, where she was involved in a variety of transactions within the public and private sectors. Before that, she worked for ASEC Cement Company in Egypt, a subsidiary of Qalaa Holding Company, where she participated in building the company’s portfolio through the completion of multiple acquisitions, in addition to several projects for new cement factories and others built on old facilities, throughout the Middle East and North Africa.

Ghada began her career with PwC in Egypt, where she was involved in business valuations and financial due diligence across multiple sectors including manufacturing, services, and industrial sectors.

She holds a BA in Economics from Cairo University and is a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA).
