She served as the Director of the “Al Dhabyaniya Women’s Renaissance Society School” in Al Wathba City between 1995 and 2008, and the Director of the same school in Zayed City between 1995 and 1998. She also worked in the private department of the former President of the UAE, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan, between 1986 and 1988.

She holds a PhD in Education, specializing in Educational Administration, in 2015 from Beni Suef University in Egypt, a Master’s degree in Education, specializing in Educational Administration, in 2010 from the same university, a Master’s degree in Education, specializing in Psychology and Mental Health, and a Diploma in Educational Qualification in 1993 from the United Arab Emirates University , and a Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education from the same university.
