Fahad Alnaeem

Chief Executive Officer of the SIDF Investment Company (SIC) since December 2023, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

He is also a Board Member at MAWREF Logistics Solutions.

With over 18 years of experience in Finance and investment sectors, Fahad has held several positions in both the public and private sectors. His previous roles include:

• Deputy Minister for Investment Development at the Ministry of Investment
• Chief Investment Officer at Nusaned Investment, a subsidiary of SABIC.
• General Manager of Equity Funding at the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha'at).
• Associate Investment Director at The Saudi Industrial Investments Company (Dussur).

Fahad has also served on the boards of several entities, including:

• Al Khair Inorganic Chemical Industries (InoChem)
• Saudi Pallet Manufacturing Company.
• Nusaned Fund.
• National Industrial Development and Logistics Program (NIDLP)
• Kafalah SME Loan Guarantee Program.
• the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha'at).

In addition, he was a member of the Investment Committees at the Saudi Electronic University and the Asir Region Development Authority, a member of the Executive Committee and Investment Committee at "Alat," a company under the Public Investment Fund (PIF). and previously worked in private equity at Sanabil Investments.

Fahad has also worked at various companies, including:

• Hamilton Lane (United States).
• Riyad Capital.
• NCB Capital

He began his professional journey as an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley.

Fahad holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Cardiff University (2011) in the UK and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (2007). He has also completed multiple executive programs in portfolio management, investment strategy, and private equity at the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Business School in the United States.
