Budoor Hussain Ali

Director of Government Communication of " Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai", United Arab Emirates. Member of the "Coronavirus Command and Control Center in Dubai". She has more than 16 years of experience in the field of communications, which she started by working in the private sector, then joined the Executive Office of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and then the "Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai". During her career, she worked on many strategic projects, where she worked on developing the corporate identity of the "Government of Dubai", and the "General Guide for Government Communication". She was also a member in launching the "Dubai Strategic Plan 2015" and the "Dubai Plan 2021". She holds a Master's degree in International Relations in 2020 from "Nanyang Technological University" in Singapore, a Master's degree in Project Management in 2012 from " The British University in Dubai ", and a Bachelor's degree in Media and Communication in 2003 from " Zayed University " in the Emirates. She joined a number of programs, including: “Leadership Program” at the “Mohammed Bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development”, “Women Leadership Program for Knowledge Exchange”, “International Media Diplomacy Program - Washington”, and “Government Policy Expert Program - London”.
