He served as Chief Operating Officer at “Tamkan Tourism Investment Company” between 2015 and 2016, General Manager of “ Al Ain Rotana Hotel” between 2006 and 2015, and Director of Operations at both “Warwick Hotels” in Switzerland between 2002 and 2004, and “Royal Windsor Hotel” in Belgium between 1999 and 2002.

He was also a resident manager at the “Hilton Hotel”, senior night reviewer, director of operations and assistant manager of the “Hilton Hotels International” office in Belgium between 1996 and 1998, and responsible for the rooms department and senior supervisor of the “Hilton Fayrouz Hotel” office in Egypt between 1994 and 1996.

He holds a diploma in strategic hotel pricing in 2008 from Cornell University of Hotel Management in Dubai, another diploma in business administration in 1992 from the Catholic University of Louvain in Belgium, and a bachelor’s degree in hotel management in 1991 from Helwan University in Egypt.
