Aref Abdulrahman Ahly

Executive Director of Budget and Financial Planning at the " Dubai Finance Department ", United Arab Emirates. He is a board member of "TECOM Group", " International Arab Society of Certified Accountants ", a member of the Advisory Committee of the " Accountants and Auditors Association ", and a certified lecturer in the "Malyoun Initiative" programs. He is also a Knowledge Ambassador at the "Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government". He has held several positions, including: Board Member of "Jumeirah Golf Estates", Member of the "Government Financial Policy Coordination Council", " Dubai Financial Support Fund " Committee, Chairman of the "Educational Land Allocation Committee for the Emirate of Dubai", Knowledge Ambassador for the " Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government ", and Deputy Director General of the "Dubai Finance Department". He worked as a financial expert in the UAE Courts, in addition to his work in the departments of Financial Resources, Human Resources, Institutional Excellence, Strategy, and Financial Control at the " Dubai Municipality ". He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting in 1989 from the "United Arab Emirates University".
