Amr Saad Al-Menhali

He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Al Waha Land Company”, “Anglo Arabian Healthcare Group”, and a member of the Board of Directors of “ Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank ” since March 14, 2022, “SDX Energy Company”, and “NE Company”. SR” and “Deem Finance Company”.

He has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services sector, in addition to his expertise in the areas of strategy, finance, risk, credit, and corporate governance.

He served as CEO of “ Al Waha Capital ” between September 2019 and September 2020, CEO of “Al Hilal Bank,” and Head of the Islamic Banking Department at “Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank.” He was also a member of the Board of Directors of “ Abu Dhabi Housing Authority ” between 3 years.
