Ameen Ben Fahad Al-Shiddi

Group Chief Financial Officer at Saudi Telecom Company (STC) since 2016, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Telecom Towers Company Limited".

He held the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kuwait Telecommunications Company (STC), representing the Saudi Telecommunications Company (STC ). He was a member of the Advisory Committee of the Saudi Capital Market Authority, a member of the Board of Directors of Al Rajhi Bank, and Chairman of the Audit and Compliance Committee of the same bank.

He also held several positions at the Saudi Telecom Company (STC), and was a member of the board of directors of several local and regional companies in several sectors, in addition to his membership in several committees related to investment and financial fields.

He holds a Master’s degree in Accounting in 1998 from the University of Missouri in the United States of America, a Bachelor’s degree in the same specialization in 1993 from King Saud University, a fellowship from the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants, and a fellowship from the Certified Public Accountants Association of the United States of America (CPA).
