Amer Kharboutli

Director of the “ Damascus Chamber of Commerce ” since 2006, Syrian Arab Republic. He is a lecturer and trainer on the topics of entrepreneurship, small projects, and feasibility studies at a number of universities, a member of the Board of Directors of the “ Syrian Economic Sciences Association ,” and a member of the “Higher Institute of Business Administration.” He served as Head of the Islamic Economics Department at the Al-Fath Islamic Academy. He holds a doctorate in economics and a master's degree in economic feasibility studies.
