Executive Director of the Strategic Industries Unit in the Investment Sector in the UAE at Mubadala Investment Company “Mubadala” since September 2023.

She has been a member of the Board of Directors of: National Central Cooling Company “Tabreed” since March 21, 2023, “Cepsa”, “Mubadala Petroleum Company”, “OMV Company”, “Gulf Energy Marine Company”, “Peninsula Real Estate Company”, and a member of the Board of Trustees of the “National Fund for Corporate Social Responsibility”.

She held the position of Executive Director of the Energy Sector at Mubadala Investment Company "Mubadala" between 2021 and 2023, and Executive Director of the Investment Department in the field of exploration and production for the petroleum and petrochemicals sector at the same company between 2017 and 2022, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Holding Company "Sinaat" . She also served as a member of the Board of Directors of "Hayat Insurance Company", " Emirates Steel Company ", " National Petroleum Construction Company ", " Securities and Commodities Authority ", " Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development ", and " Abu Dhabi Fund for Development ".

She held several positions at the International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC), including: Director of the Investment Department in the field of exploration, production, transportation and energy, Head of Investment Evaluation and Implementation during 2014, and Director of Evaluation and Implementation between 2007 and 2014. She also held the position of Chief Accountant at the Abu Dhabi Gas Company (GASCO) between 2003 and 2007, and was a member of the Merger Committee of the International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC) and Mubadala Development Company (Mubadala).

She won the Emirates Women Award for Career Achievement in 2013.

She holds a PhD in Business Administration, specializing in Public Corporate Governance, in 2019 from the United Arab Emirates University, a Master’s degree in International Business Administration in 2007 from the University of Wollongong in Dubai , and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Financial Sciences in 2002 from Portobello College in Ireland.
