He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “ SAMENA Telecommunications Council ” in the United Arab Emirates.

He has more than 20 years of experience in the communications and information technology sector, during which he held several positions at the Saudi Telecom Company (STC) and its subsidiaries, including: Senior Vice President of the Consumer Unit between January 2019 and March 2021, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Digital Payments Company ( STC Pay ) between March 2019 and November 2022.

He also chaired the boards of directors of a number of companies affiliated with the Saudi Telecom Company (STC), including: “ Integral Company ”, “ Call Centers Company ”, and “Communications Channels Company” between 2019 and 2021. He also held the position of CEO of “STS Bahrain Company” between March 2010 and December 2018.

He worked at the beginning of his career at Saudi Aramco.

Forbes Middle East ranked him among the “Most Powerful CEOs in the Middle East 2022”.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, in addition to many professional certificates in the field of information and communications technology, strategic planning and leadership.
