Ali Saeed Al Falasi

He is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ ASG Stallions Group ”, and a member of the Board of Directors of “ Aldar Properties ” since 2013, and “Risco Company”.

He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Al Rayan Investment Company ”, and Head of the Internal Audit Department for Corporate Management at “ Royal Group ”. He was also a member of the Board of Directors of “ Commercial Bank International ”, “Aldar Sorouh Real Estate Company”, and worked in “The Private Department of His Highness Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan”, and “The Department of Finance in Abu Dhabi”.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Sharjah , a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the United Arab Emirates University , and a Bachelor’s degree in Production and Operations Management from the University of California in the United States.
