Chairman of the Sharjah Advisory Council since December 5, 2019, United Arab Emirates. He served as Undersecretary of the UAE Ministry of Education, and previously worked in the Ministry as an educational advisor, and before that he moved between a group of positions in the Ministry and other local and federal government institutions and agencies. He held the position of Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education for Supervision and Support Services, Assistant Undersecretary for the Special Education and Quality Sector, and Assistant Undersecretary for the Administrative Services Sector. He held other positions before joining the Ministry of Education, including the position of Secretary General of the Emirates Consumer Protection Association between 1991 and 1995, and Vice President of the Human Resources Development and Nationalization Committee in the insurance sector between 1994 and 2006. He was also the official representative of the United Arab Emirates to the International Skills Organization between 1999 and 2004. He previously participated in many international conferences, including the “Oracle International Conference” in San Francisco in 2006, the “Hawaii International Education Conference” in the United States of America in 2005, and the “Second Arab Scientific Conference for Nurturing the Gifted and Talented” in Jordan 2000. He holds a Master’s degree. in the role of financial policies in economic development in 1990 from the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom, another master’s degree in economics in 1984 from Baltimore University in the United States of America, and a bachelor’s degree in foreign trade in 1978 from Helwan University in the Arab Republic of Egypt. .
