He is the founder and chairman of the board of directors of the Emirates Association of Management Consultants and Trainers , and the founder of the Emirates Center for Government Knowledge .
He is a member of the Scientific Council of the Abu Dhabi Police College , and a member of the jury of the Mohammed bin Rashid Program for Distinguished Government Performance, the Dubai Program for Distinguished Government Performance, the Egypt Program for Distinguished Government Performance, and the Arab Countries Program for Distinguished Government Performance.
He has contributions to educational and training activities to develop human resources in the “ Dubai Government ”, by giving lectures and training courses in the field of leadership, government management, strategic planning, comprehensive quality and sustainable development.
He contributed to supervising a number of government forums, such as: “The Emirates Public Policy Forum” and “The Government Administration Forum”. He also participated as a keynote speaker in many local and international workshops and conferences, and was a member of a number of government committees.
He received the “GCC Medal for Civil Service and Administrative Development” in 2022, the “Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Award for Scientific Excellence” in 2012, and the “Best Scientific Research Award in Leadership and Strategy” in 2008 from the University of St. Andrews in the United Kingdom.
He holds a PhD in Leadership and Strategy from the University of Bradford in the United Kingdom in 2010, a Master’s degree in Law and Police Sciences in 2003 from the Dubai Police Academy , a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Police Sciences in 2000 from the same academy, and a Higher Diploma in Research Methods from the University of Bradford.
