Emirati community activist. She has been the director of Al Ghadeer Al Mutawara Kindergarten since 2010, an accredited academic trainer from both the Federal Transport Authority - Land and Maritime and the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development , and a candidate for the 2019 Federal National Council elections for the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. She served as an Innovation Ambassador at the UAE Ministry of Education in 2017, and worked as a teacher at Al Naseem Kindergarten between 2000 and 2008. She has won many awards, including: “Ras Al Khaimah Award for Educational Excellence in the Educational Institution Category” in 2017, “Ras Al Khaimah Award for Scientific Excellence” in the Distinguished Principal Category in 2016, “Sharjah Excellence Award” in 2010, and “ Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Distinguished Academic Performance” in the Distinguished Teacher Category in 2006. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the American University in the Emirates , a Diploma in Leadership Development from the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom, a Diploma in Leadership Intelligence and Strategic Planning from the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) , and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the United Arab Emirates University .
