Government Communication Expert at the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure since July 2020, United Arab Emirates.

She has been the Director of the Government Communication Department at the Federal Transport Authority - Land and Maritime since March 2017, the UAE Goodwill Maritime Ambassador at the International Maritime Organization in the United Kingdom since 2019, and a member of the Women’s Committee in the UAE-Saudi Coordination Team at the General Sports Authority .

She held the position of Director of the Communication and Marketing Department at the Dubai Sports Council between 2014 and 2017, Head of the Organizing Team of the Dubai International Sports Conference between 2010 and 2014, Director of the Customer Service Department at the Roads and Transport Authority between 2008 and 2010, Director of the Communication and Marketing Department at the same authority between 2006 and 2014, and Head of Consultants and Professor at Al Falah University .

She headed the evaluation team for government communication and creativity in the “Khalifa Excellence Award”, and led the media team for the UAE’s file in the “International Maritime Organization”, in which the UAE won membership in the organization’s council for two consecutive times, and was a member of the advisory team at “ Ajman University of Science and Technology ”.

She has over 28 years of experience in the field of media, marketing, customer service and innovation, and has presented many media research studies.
She has authored several books, including: “Cable Television” 2009, “Institutional Government Communication” 2016, and “Optional Motherhood”. She co-authored “Government Communication Book - Best Practices” 2017. She also wrote the script for the Emirati documentary film on “Expo Hannover 2000” and “Expo Lisbon 1998”, in addition to publishing some poetry collections, such as: “Lady of the Last Refusal” 2006, and “The Return of Scheherazade” 2007.

She won the title of “Government Communication Ambassador” in 2019 at the “Sharjah Government Communication Award”, and has also won many awards, including: “Golden Stevie Award” for Creativity in International Communication in 2020, and “Best Government Employee Award” in 2007 at the “Dubai Government Excellence Program”.

She holds a PhD in Mass Communication in 2004 from Cairo University , a Master’s in Sports Management in 2016 from the American University in the Emirates , a Master’s in Mass Media in 1999 from Cairo University, in addition to a Certificate of Executive Director of Knowledge in 2012 from the University of Grasse in Austria. She is also a graduate of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Program for Leadership Development, Government Leadership Category, in 2011.
