She held many positions in the same ministry, namely: Director of the Green Development Department between 2014 and 2015, and Director Climate Change Department between 2013 and 2014, Assistant Undersecretary for Environmental Affairs between 2013 and 2014, and Environmental Affairs Sector Expert between 2012 and 2013. She headed the Environmental Management Department at Emirates Global Aluminum Company during 2012, and held the position of Director of Technical Services at BESIX Company between 2008 and 2012, Chief of Operations at Dubai Municipality between 2005 and 2008, and Operations Engineer at the same entity between 2001 and 2005.
