He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “Athletes Association” and Vice President for the Asian continent in the “International Sports for All Federation” since 2017. He also serves as a member of the Experts Committee in the “Arab Sports Council” and the Technical Committee in the “Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa Award for Scientific Research.” And the International Council for Health, Physical Education, Sports, Recreation and Movement.
He was promoted to positions in the UAE Ministry of Education, including: Activity Supervisor in the Physical Education Department, Head of the Sports Department, Vice President of the Sports, Scouting and Art Education Department, then Assistant Undersecretary for Student Activities and Welfare between 2000 and 2007. He also held the position of Secretary General of the Dubai Council. “The Athlete” between 2006 and 2010, the cultural advisor at the “Emirates Embassy in Cairo” between 1995 and 1999, the Secretary-General of the “Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Award for Sports Creativity,” and the president of the “Emirates School Sports Federation.”
