He has been the founding Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Venture Capital and Private Equity Association since December 2018, and a member of the Advisory Board of both the MIT Technology Review Arabia platform since 2018, and the Business Incubators and Accelerators Company (BIAC) since 2017.

He has also been a member of the Board of Directors of “ Riyadh Bank ” since December 19, 2022, and “Jarir Marketing Company” since March 9, 2022, and a member of the Board of Trustees and the Executive Committee of “King Fahd National Library” since 2013.

He was a member of the Advisory Board of the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises between 2017 and 2020, a member of the Investment Committee of Iris Capital between 2016 and 2020, a member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Digital Payments Company between 2020 and 2022, the Saudi Technology Development and Investment Company (TAQNIA ) between 2018 and 2021, Careem between 2016 and 2020, IKEA in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain between 2018 and 2020, Wadi Makkah Technology Company between 2017 and 2018, intigral, Saudi Telecom Company, and the Badir Technology Incubator Program between 2013 and 2017, and a member of the Investment Committee of Middle East Initiative Partners between 2014 and 2017.

He also held several positions at Google, including Head of Business Development and Partnerships for Android Programs between 2015 and 2016, Regional Head of Business Development and Partnerships for Android Programs in Russia, Eastern Europe, the Middle East and North Africa during 2014, and Regional General Manager in Emerging Markets in the Arab Markets between 2009 and 2014.

He also held the position of Strategic Advisor at Oracle in 2007, Financial Management Technology Analyst at Morgan Stanley in 2006, and a member of the Advisory Council for Innovation Leaders at Aramco in 2002.
