Abdulmalik bin Abdullah Al-Hogail's Bio
Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of “ Alinma Bank ” since November 21, 2019, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
He is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Americana International Restaurants Company ”, and a member of the Board of Directors of “ Bahri Group ” since 2017, National Chemical Carriers “NCC” since 2017, and International Healthcare and Life Sciences Holding Company “Raya” since 2016.
He was Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Bahri Group ” between 2019 and 2023, and a member of the Audit Committee of the “ Saudi Capital Market Authority ” between 2016 and 2020. He also held the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Alinma Bank ”, and Vice Chairman of the Group and CFO of “ Al Faisaliah Holding Group ” between 2005 and 2017.
He served as a member of the Board of Directors of: “General Pension Authority” between 2017 and 2021, “Saudi Electricity Company ” between 2018 and 2021, “Arab International Medical Holding Company” “ Arabia International Medical Holding Company ” between 2014 and 2020, “ Alinma Investment Company ” between 2014 and 2019, “International Pharmaceutical Company” between 2015 and 2019 in Jordan, “Electronics and Systems Holding Company” between 2014 and 2017, “Philips Healthcare” between 2013 and 2016, and “Accentures Saudi Arabia” between 2011 and 2016.
He was also a member of the Accounting Standards Committee of the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants between 2005 and 2013, and a member of the teaching staff at the Institute of Public Administration between 1994 and 2005.
He holds a PhD in Accounting and Finance in 2003 from Case Western Reserve University in the United States of America, a Master’s degree in Accounting in 1998 from the same university, and a Bachelor’s degree in the same specialization in 1994 from King Saud University .
