Abdullah Salman Alqahtani

Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RQM Company, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

With over 14 years of experience in the information technology field, Abdullah has held various positions across both the public and private sectors. His career includes positions at Advanced Electronics Company, Saudi Payments, the Vision Realization Office at the Ministry of Justice, the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), and THIQAH Business Services company.

He has led and managed several projects such as the Najiz Platform for judicial services, the Taradhi Platform for reconciliation requests, and contributed to the development of the Ehsan Donation Platform.

In addition, Abdullah has played a role in founding startup ventures within the tourism and fintech sectors in Saudi Arabia. He also contributed to several digital transformation projects under the National Transformation Program, focusing on data management and government platforms.

He holds both a Bachelor’s degree and a Diploma.
