Abdullah Mohammed Al Hosani

Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Amanat Holding Company “Amanat” since December 28, 2023, United Arab Emirates.

He has been a member of the Board of Directors of “ Gulf Cement Company ” since April 2018, “ Ajman Bank ” and “ Union Insurance Company ” since June 8, 2021.

He was a member of the Board of Directors of Amanat Holding Company “Amanat” until his appointment to his current position as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.

He has 30 years of banking experience, where he held the position of Chief Operating Officer for the International Sector for Individuals and Companies at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi, the Head Office Manager of the same bank, the Ajman Branch Manager at both the Commercial Bank of Dubai and the First Gulf Bank, and the Deputy General Manager at Al Salem Limited.

He was a member of the Board of Directors of “ Ras Al Khaimah White Cement and Construction Materials Company ”.

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting from the United Arab Emirates University.
