Abdullah Al Khalifa

CEO of “QNB Group” since December 10, 2019, State of Qatar.

He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of “QNB Capital ”, the Non-Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Qatar National Bank Al Ahli ” since 2015, a member of the Board of Directors of “ Ooredoo Group ” since 2018, and a member of the Economic Forum of the “Qatari Businessmen Association”.

He joined QNB Group in 1996, and held several positions in the group, including: Executive General Manager, Acting CEO, and Head of Business Sector.

Forbes Middle East magazine ranked him among the “Most Powerful CEOs in the Middle East for 2022” and “Most Influential CEOs in the Middle East for 2021” lists.

He has over 23 years of experience in finance, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, sales and marketing, and strategic planning.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University in the United States of America.
