Abdullah Abdulaziz Al Shamsi's Bio

He held the position of Chairman of Mubadala Healthcare , and Director General of the Abu Dhabi Investment Office between 2022 and 2023.
He held several leadership positions at Mubadala Investment Company for 16 years, including Director of Investments in the UAE. He previously held the position of Vice President of Mubadala Real Estate and Infrastructure at Mubadala Development Company, and worked as an architect at the same company, where he started his work in 2008.
Prior to joining Mubadala Development, he worked as an architect at Mohammed Sheikh Mubarak Architects in Dubai and Eva Prats & Ricardo Flores Architects in Spain.
He holds a Master’s degree in Architecture in 2008 from the University of Pennsylvania in the United States of America, and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture in 2007 from Carnegie Mellon University in the same country.
