Abdul Qader Ibrahim Al Khayyat

Member of the Board of Directors of the Federal Nuclear Regulatory Authority , United Arab Emirates. He is a member of the Dubai Nuclear Energy Committee of the Supreme Council of Energy . He was a member of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Regulating the Telecommunications Sector . He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Irada Center for Treatment and Rehabilitation, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Communications and Information Technology Fund of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority , CEO of the Umbrella Health Insurance Management Company, and Executive Director of the Dubai Biotechnology and Research Park. Between 2005 and 2008. He held the position of Director General of the General Department of Forensic Medicine at the Dubai Police, and was a member of the teaching staff at the Dubai Police College. He holds a doctorate in forensic science in 2003 from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland, a master’s degree in forensic science in 1989 from John Jay College of Criminal Justice at New York University in the United States of America, and a bachelor’s degree in biology in 1983 from the University of The United Arab Emirates".
